Earn Loyalty Points…
The BOOK FACE Loyalty Program is open to all customers for all purchases of full priced merchandise – including books, cards, stationery, gifts, other general merchandise and special orders. Join up next time you’re in-store and you can earn points straight away!
Whenever you spend in-store on eligible items, you earn 5% of your purchase in points that you can spend (once you reach 500 points, or $100 worth of goods). It doesn’t take long, and these points never expire so you can accrue them over time to amount to an even bigger loyalty reward! Your balance is shown on each receipt so you are in control of when your points are used.
Enquire at the counter when you’re making your first purchase and we’ll happily take you through the simple and quick process. Your wallet can heave a sigh of relief – there’s no card to carry for proof of membership. Just let our staff know your name plus one other nominated piece of security information each time you purchase and points will automatically be allocated to you.
Please note that you can only earn points after you have joined the Program. Points cannot be applied retrospectively.
