Isobelle Carmody is considered one of Australia’s foremost fantasy writers. She began writing her iconic novel Obernewtyn at the age of 15. She has published over 40 books for children and young adults, has countless awards and nominations under her belt, and holds a PhD in Creative Arts from the University of Queensland.
